  1. First I thought it would have been so great if they'd got Chris Pine in on this to tribute his dad. But then I watched the whole trailer and realized: Too bad Pine is a serious actor, because that is one terrible script!

  2. The movie does not portray the series at all and makes the original characters look stupid. I think they could have made this movie under a different name, changed the main characters names and it would stand better on it's own. Trying to ride on someone else's coat strings never works and you usually fall on your face which is actually what happened. This was a disservice to every one involved because it could have stood on it's own merit much better.

  3. Enjoyed it!
    Funny comedy.
Pena did a excellent and very believable job of acting the obnoxious and moronic partner.
Shepard came through as the his opposite.
Two somewhat losers pair up to stop a gang of robbers.

  4. This movie was awesome. Ofcourse it was a field day for Rotten Tomatoes critics, but for normal people like myself (and hopefully you), it was a damn good time. Sure, I could have wrote a better script loaded on Heroin and PCP, but Dax did his best (kinda, not really). Still, worth a watch though.
